LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - NBC said Monday that Michelle Obama will appear Friday on "The Jay Leno Show" in a brief comedy bit.

Via satellite from Washington, the first lady will answer 10 "rapid-fire questions" from the show's host.

Previous participants in Leno's Q&A routine have included Sen. John McCain and basketball star LeBron James.
